✅ We stand behind our product. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days, we will give you a full refund — no questions asked.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

PulseGuardian offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not completely satisfied with our Service for any reason within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.

This guarantee applies to all subscription plans — Basic (€15), Pro (€30), Family (€50), and Business (€76).

📅 The 14-day period starts from the date of your first successful payment, not from the date you registered your account.

2. Refund Eligibility

Here is a clear breakdown of what is and is not eligible for a refund:

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Refund Timeline

Once your refund is approved, here is what to expect:

  • Approval notification: Within 1 business day of your request
  • Stripe processing: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Bank/card credit: 5-10 business days depending on your bank
  • Total time: Up to 10 business days from approval

⚠ Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or card issuer. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank before reaching out to us.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your PulseGuardian subscription at any time with no cancellation fees or penalties:

  • Cancel anytime from your account settings under Billing & Subscription
  • After cancellation, you retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation
  • Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund unless within the 14-day guarantee period
  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time after cancellation

💡 To avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

6. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Requests made after the 14-day guarantee period has expired
  • Charges for plan upgrades or additional features
  • Renewal charges where cancellation was not completed before the renewal date
  • Abuse of the refund policy (multiple refund requests across accounts)

PulseGuardian reserves the right to decline refund requests that show evidence of policy abuse.
